Order details (name, address, email) — to fulfil our contract with you. Your email address if you sign up to our newsletter — based on your consent. Statistical data from analytics tools.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for the period required by accounting regulations. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you withdraw your consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict your data, to data portability, and to object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Cookies & tools

We store in your browser the things the site cannot work without: the contents of your basket, your chosen language, currency and theme. This data never leaves your device and we do not ask for consent for it, because the site would not be usable without it.

We currently have no statistical or marketing tools connected — no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no TikTok Pixel. We do not track you on this site and we do not pass anyone data about your visit. If that changes, we will ask for your consent and this list will fill up with specific names.
