1. Seller

2. Orders

The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Prices are shown in Polish zloty or in pounds sterling, depending on the product you choose, and include all applicable taxes.

3. Payment

Payment by card or digital wallet, processed by our payment provider.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms and costs are described on the “Delivery & returns” page, which forms part of these terms.

5. Cancellation & complaints

Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days. We handle complaints within 14 days of receiving them.
